Description
This triple-active topical solution combines dutasteride 0.025%, minoxidil 5%, and tretinoin 0.01% for localized scalp application. Dutasteride provides dual type I and type II 5-alpha-reductase inhibition, minoxidil supports follicular activity through vasodilation, and tretinoin promotes scalp cell turnover and follicular responsiveness.
Standard twice-daily use at 1mL per application results in a total daily exposure of 0.5mg of dutasteride, approaching the threshold between localized scalp activity and broader systemic influence. A 60mL bottle corresponds to approximately one month of standard use.
Composition (60mL): Denatured Ethanol 25.8mL; Propylene Glycol 19.2mL; Purified Water 12mL; Minoxidil 3g (50mg/mL); Dutasteride 15mg (0.25mg/mL); Tretinoin 6mg (0.1mg/mL).
