Description
This triple-active topical solution combines finasteride 0.025%, minoxidil 5%, and tretinoin 0.01% to address both hormonal and growth-stimulation pathways in androgenetic alopecia. Finasteride reduces local DHT synthesis, minoxidil promotes follicular activity, and tretinoin supports scalp cell turnover for enhanced treatment responsiveness. Thanks to its Trichosol base, the solution is devoid of ethanol and propylene glycol, and is thus skin friendly.
Standard twice-daily use at 1mL per application results in a total daily exposure of 0.5mg of finasteride, approaching the threshold between localized scalp activity and broader systemic influence. Total daily tretinoin exposure is 0.2mg. A 50mL bottle corresponds to approximately 25 days of standard use.
