Description
This topical solution combines finasteride 0.05% and dutasteride 0.025% in a simplified hydroalcoholic base for localized scalp DHT reduction. Both active ingredients inhibit 5-alpha-reductase enzymes, finasteride targeting type II, dutasteride inhibiting both type I and type II, reducing local conversion of testosterone to DHT and supporting hair follicle preservation.
Typical once-daily use at 1mL results in a daily exposure of 0.5mg of finasteride and 0.25mg of dutasteride, approaching the threshold between localized scalp activity and broader systemic influence. A 60mL bottle corresponds to approximately two months of standard use.
