This higher-strength topical dutasteride 0.05% solution is formulated for users seeking increased local dutasteride concentration without minoxidil. The Trichosol-based excipient system ensures consistent solubility and scalp delivery. Thanks to its Trichosol base, the solution is devoid of ethanol and propylene glycol, and is thus skin friendly.
Typical once-daily use at 1mL results in a daily dutasteride exposure of 0.5mg, approaching the threshold between localized scalp activity and broader systemic influence. A 50mL bottle corresponds to approximately 50 days of standard use.
