Terms and Conditions of Sale

These Terms and Conditions apply to all sales made by Airsson Laboratories. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Intended Use

Products sold by Airsson Laboratories are intended exclusively for research, laboratory, and professional use by informed individuals and organizations. Customers are responsible for ensuring proper handling, storage, and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Product Quality and Content Guarantee

Airsson Laboratories is committed to delivering products of the highest
integrity. We guarantee that:

• All product content is accurately described. No misleading, adulterated,
  or misrepresented substances.
• Active substance concentrations are verified and comply with a tolerance of
  ±5% of the stated amount, in line with international pharmaceutical quality
  standards (ICH Q6A). For example, a product labelled at 10 mg/mL is
  guaranteed to fall within the range of 9.5–10.5 mg/mL.

In the event that a product is found to fall outside this ±5% concentration
tolerance, or is otherwise confirmed to be materially inconsistent with its
described content, the customer is entitled to a full refund of the purchase
price for that product. Refund claims of this nature must be supported by
reasonable evidence (e.g., third-party analytical results) and submitted within
60 days of receipt.

Airsson Laboratories guarantees product concentration at the time of dispatch.
Post-shipment degradation resulting from improper storage conditions — including
exposure to heat, light, or air — falls outside this guarantee. Customers are
advised to store products appropriately to preserve their integrity.

Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance by Airsson Laboratories. Payment is required at the time of order confirmation unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Refunds and Returns

Due to the nature of our products, returns are not accepted. Refunds are issued at our discretion, for example in the event of order cancellation prior to shipment or confirmed issues with the order.

Shipping

Orders are shipped primarily via PostNord or DHL with tracked shipping whenever possible. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. While Airsson Laboratories is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances beyond our control we can issue refunds and discounts at our discretion.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Any issues related to damaged or incorrect orders must be reported promptly within 30 days of receipt. Where appropriate, we will offer a replacement or refund.

Limitation of Liability

Airsson Laboratories makes no guarantee regarding the results obtained from the use of its products and shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from their use.

Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by applicable European Union law and local laws of the seller’s place of establishment.
