Description
This multi-active topical solution combines finasteride 0.025%, dutasteride 0.0125%, minoxidil 5%, and tretinoin 0.01% in a hydroalcoholic vehicle designed for consistent scalp application. Finasteride and dutasteride act locally to reduce DHT synthesis via complementary 5-alpha-reductase inhibition, minoxidil supports hair regrowth in receptive follicles, and tretinoin promotes scalp cell turnover to enhance follicular responsiveness.
Standard twice-daily use at 1mL per application results in a total daily exposure of 0.5mg of finasteride and 0.25mg of dutasteride, approaching the threshold between localized scalp activity and broader systemic influence. A 60mL bottle corresponds to approximately one month of standard use.
