Description
This multi-active topical solution combines finasteride 0.025%, dutasteride 0.0125%, minoxidil 5%, and tretinoin 0.01% in a Trichosol-based vehicle designed for consistent scalp application. Finasteride and dutasteride act locally to reduce DHT synthesis via complementary 5-alpha-reductase inhibition, minoxidil supports hair regrowth in receptive follicles, and tretinoin promotes scalp cell turnover to enhance follicular responsiveness. Thanks to its Trichosol base, the solution is devoid of ethanol and propylene glycol, and is thus skin friendly.
Standard twice-daily use at 1mL per application results in a total daily exposure of 0.5mg of finasteride and 0.25mg of dutasteride, approaching the threshold between localized scalp activity and broader systemic influence. Total daily tretinoin exposure is 0.2mg. A 50mL bottle corresponds to approximately 25 days of standard use.
