Description
This multi-active topical formulation combines finasteride, dutasteride, minoxidil, and tretinoin in a hydroalcoholic vehicle designed for consistent scalp application. Finasteride and dutasteride act locally to reduce DHT synthesis via inhibition of 5-alpha-reductase enzymes, while minoxidil supports hair growth in receptive follicles. Tretinoin is included to promote scalp turnover and may enhance follicular responsiveness.
Minoxidil-based solutions are typically applied twice daily, with 1mL applied in the morning and 1mL applied in the evening to affected scalp areas. At this dosage, daily exposure is approximately 100mg of minoxidil, 0.5mg of finasteride, and 0.25mg of dutasteride, remaining within conservative topical limits. A 60mL bottle corresponds to roughly one month of standard use.
