Description
This formulation combines minoxidil with tretinoin in a hydroalcoholic vehicle. Minoxidil supports hair growth in responsive individuals, while tretinoin is included to enhance scalp turnover and improve follicular responsiveness to minoxidil.
Minoxidil-based solutions are commonly applied twice daily, with 1mL in the morning and 1mL in the evening. This regimen delivers a daily minoxidil exposure of 100mg and is intended for approximately one month of standard use per 60mL bottle.
Composition (60mL): Denatured Ethanol 25.8mL; Propylene Glycol 19.2mL; Purified Water 12mL; Minoxidil 3g (50mg/mL); Tretinoin 6mg (0.1mg/mL).
