Description
This topical solution combines finasteride and minoxidil in a hydroalcoholic vehicle designed for consistent scalp application. Finasteride helps reduce scalp DHT levels, supporting follicular preservation, while minoxidil promotes hair growth in responsive individuals through mechanisms believed to include vasodilation and follicular stimulation.
Minoxidil-containing solutions are typically applied twice daily, with 1mL in the morning and 1mL in the evening. At this concentration, a total daily application of 2mL results in a finasteride exposure of 0.5mg per day, remaining within commonly studied and accepted topical ranges. A 60mL bottle corresponds to approximately one month of standard use.
