Description
This topical solution combines dutasteride, a dual 5-alpha-reductase inhibitor, with minoxidil to address both hormonal and growth-stimulation pathways involved in androgenetic alopecia. The formulation is intended for localized scalp action.
Applied at 1mL twice daily, the daily dutasteride exposure is approximately 0.5mg, remaining within conservative topical limits. The 60mL format supports approximately one month of standard twice-daily application.
Composition (60mL): Denatured Ethanol 25.8mL; Propylene Glycol 19.2mL; Purified Water 12mL; Minoxidil 3g (50mg/mL); Dutasteride 15mg (0.25mg/mL).
